Politico is seeking a reporter who is a vivid, sparkling writer with the initiative and energy to become a forensic investigative journalist.
Double-jobbing as a sub-editor, candidates will be able to edit dense, complicated material into scintillating prose. You should brim with editorial ideas and be able to take over, write and publish compelling stories in a jiffy.
The work is web-based and much of it can be done remotely.
The successful candidate will gain expertise in web publishing and podcasting, and editorial experience with a fast-growing current affairs start-up.
The position is unpaid.
